Mens Singles Event

The Mens Singles Event will be held on days 5 to 7 of the Championships,  Saturday 23rd of May 2009 to Monday 25th May 2009.

The format of play will see a number of seeds and direct qualifiers placed straight in the second stage. All other players will take part in Initial Stage Groups and if necessary Qualification Knockout matches.
