The host association is pleased to provide accommodation and meals from the evening of Monday 18th May until the morning of Tuesday 26th May 2009 for:

• not more than 8 players, including playing or non-playing captains, nominated by an Association participating in both the Men’s and Women’s team events;

• not more than 4 players, including playing or non-playing captain, nominated by an Association competing in only one of the team events;

• not more than 2 players nominated by an Association not competing in either of the team events;

• one delegate to the BGM from each Association if not already included in the nominated players listed above;

• CTTF Officers, Management Committee and Classification and Technical Committee members;

• Personal Honorary Members;

• International match officials from other Associations invited to officiate.
